| *Loan,banking and credit>>>alliance bank |
I was asked to supply bank details from a firm who say they are alliance & leicester this comes in my bulk mai |
I have been getting this type of e mail from someone who recons they are they are another big Bank I have never had an account with this bank but have an account with alliance & leicester our these both a scam Yep - this is a scam. They will say something like "there have been several invalid attempts to log-in to your account. For security, your account has been disabled. Please click here and re-enter your personal details to re-enable your account". When you click the link, the web address (http://...) will not be the address of the bank, but some random address, often with a foreign country suffix (for example, .ru, .pt, and not .co.uk). Be very very careful with this type of email. Never give personal info over the internet from any email.Ever. DO NOT give your bank details to these people. If they are from your bank, they would already know the details anyway. It is surely a scam. yes, they're both scams - NEVER give your account details to anyone by email. really... NEVER! your bank will never ask you in that way. both are a scam, do NOT give any of your details out Sounds like a scam to me. NEVER give out personal information that is requested in an email. You should call alliance & leicester and tell them about this email...some people may fall for this scam and end up lossing all their money. This way the bank can contact its customers and warn them of the scam. Those are Scams, mark them as Spam!! |
