Auto loan? |
Im trying to get an auto loan, just 1,000 to put down on my vehicle, but the online websites want a mnimum loan of 7,500. I dont want so much, is there a website i can get a loan like that or a bank, i dont have great credit. If you can't even afford the downpayment, how will you afford the rest of the car? Ask family or friend.... or use a credit card. All dealers I've been to accept credit cards for downpayment. The smaller the loan, the less interest the bank/finance company will make on it. Many banks/credit unions/finance companies have minumum loan sizes. On smaller loans, they typically charge higher interest rates. Borrowing a down payment doesn't make much sense, then you'll just have 2 payments instead of 1. It may be best to get a cosignor, that way you can finance the whole amount and probably get a better rate than you could on your own. After paying the loan ON TIME, EVERY TIME, it will be easier to get a loan next time. |
