How can i get my auto loan reported on my credit reports,the company will not do it? You can send the CRA's a letter requesting that they add the loan to your report. Give them as much info about the loan, and they will verify it with the lender. Creditors are NOT required to list credit histories with the credit reporting agencies. Many of them do not even have access to send them that information. actually i think they are required to put it on your credit report...it is against the law for them not to...(i think) so take action against them..im sure they will put it on there b/f they pay a big lawyer or court fee About the only thing you can do is to have the loan company send you a letter showing your loan history and send a copy to each of the credit bureaus asking them to add it to your files.
