I recently got discharged from Ch 7 Bankruptcy and need an auto loan. Who is the best lender to work with? |
I literally just got discharged. I can afford a car payment, but I want to know will give me the best rates and terms possible. I understand I'm not going to get good terms, but I don't want to get ripped off either. Thanks! This is what I do for a living. Consult Sundays classified adds and find a dealership that advertises Special Finance. There are several lenders out there that loan money to people that have recently discharged bankruptcy's. Capital-One, H.S.B.C., Wells Fargo, Citifinancial, Tidewater Financial just to name a few. The Manager of the Special Finance Department will get you the best deal he/she can. As far as interest rates, that will depend on your loan to value. Could be anywhere from 16.95 to whatever your state maximum is. Whatever you do, do not go to a buy here pay here lot. They are a rip off and most do not report to the credit bureaus. Source(s): Auto Finance Manager for over 7-years. if you have a job there are auto dealers that will loan money on the cars they sell,, in my area a nation wide firm called Car Mart does this,, and they seem to have good cars I had good success by purchasing a car through CarMax. This was appx. 4-5 mo. after bankruptcy discharge. They were the best deal we could find. GOD i think that the below website will help you to find the right solution http://easycashloan.50webs.com |
