There are banks that let you do that but the interest would be high and they won't loan you much money. Because of your bad credit, banks see you as somebody who can't manage their own finances, which is not true to all cases. People get divorce, people get sick and get a huge medical bill, people who are just out of college with bills to pay but limited amount of money, etc. So, I am not saying that you can't manage your own finances because I do not know your situation. If you can hold off the loan, try to build a good credit first. If you already have a job but the money ain't enough then get a second job or get a better job (I know it is hard but it can be done).
