Will any major bank or lender lend me a 100% mortgage with bad credit? |
Will any major bank or lender lend me a 100% mortgage with bad credit? no Not likely. If you have bad credit, you have to risk something to get a loan so you would need to put down a down payment. not if they're reputable besides with the interest rates rising you'll only get into more debt and end up losing your house and owing even more marry someone who's loaded! Why would you want a mortgage with bad credit? You've already shown yourself and others that you have a tendency to live beyond your means. Work on the credit score to the point that you know you won't have to foreclose and then you'll get a better interest rate and the lenders will beg you to take a loan. Try a 80/20 loan if you have a large enough income. Basically you get 80% financing from a bank and 20% from another bank through a home equity line of credit. You will need to provide documents pertaining to income. This will be the only way you can get 100% financing with no down. You can ask for the points you pay to be back-ended. That would be like asking for a job at an Oil Refinery after being convicted for Arson. |
