What is the best mortgage company besides ameriquest for people with bad credit? |

This information is sold to several mortgage companies who will bug you to death. What you need is a loan officer who is experienced, not a "rookie" because rookies will be a huge waste of time. Look for an experienced loan officer that works for a mortgage broker. Brokers have a bunch of lenders for your credit score, but you can't get the loan without the broker. Also, make sure the mortgage broker has a solid reputation, maybe a good BBB record or something like that.
