What is a good Mortgage company that will help people with REALLY BAD credit.? |
I am a stay at home mom, and my husband just recieved a good raise and is currently making 30,000 a year. But our credit is really bad from hospital bills and one eviction. No credit cards, bankrupceys, forclosers, or repos on our credit, but no one wants to give us a chance. We are out of room in our appartment and we really need a house. Someone please tell us who would help us in the state of Indiana. You should go to private mortgage brokers in your community, they will fix your credit and do your loan but the interest or points are going to be high. Do not go to lenders and bankers directly. contact the Fanny Mae Foundation www.fannymaefoundation.com It's an organization thru the government that assists people to qualify for home loans.
