Does anyone know of a mortgage company that will work with someone that has bad credit? My credit is bad since my divorce and I used this site. You will probably pay a higher interest rate. Best to call around and check. There are several- have you tried lendingtree.com ? All of them will but it will cost you. a lot of books Newport Shore Mortgage, they correct the bad credit first and then you buy a home. Like if you have a judement you can not buy because when you do buy they will put a lien on you house. They have a my community program that is no money down and scores as low as 580. Plus you get oney from the seller for closing cost. |
