| *Loan,banking and credit>>>bank account |
What would you do when your bank erroneously deposited RM10,000 into your personal account? |
Do you inform your bank immediately or keep quiet & keep your fingers crossed? If you spend it all, can the bank sue you to claim back the money even though it was their mistake in the first place? Secondly, if the bank realized their mistake after clearance (say a few days later), can they withdraw the money from your account without you authorizing it? I will be like........ahahahahahahahahah... hahahahahahahahahha hahahahahahahah..... laughing hysterically and withdraw all of it!!! And i will ask the bank itself to do a fixed deposit with that 'BONUS' for me and after that, again...i will laughing all the way home!!! Source(s): mY God..how i wish that to be happen to me...lol! Sshh..! *fingers crossed* it would only take a few hours bro. banks do balances at the end of each day, so if i were you be honest enough to return it to the bank. A little good in this world can make a difference... Smile! withdraw the money and play dumb :) I would spend some of the money and if the bank said anything I'd say I didn't know there was 10,000 dollars in my bank account lol. You do need to inform them that they have made a mistake. They would spot it eventually and if you spent it, they would be in their rights to get it back from you, and they can withdraw it from your account without your permission. My bank made this error with me and withdrew it a couple of days after depositing it. Because it was not mine, I had no rights so they can get the money back one way or another. I also know how you feel so just tell them and try to forget about it. |
