Is there a way to used ebay without having a bank account? one option which allows you the protection of paypal is to use a pre pay debit card , like the quidity card . once you have the card you top it up exactly the same way as phone top up cards . so you only spend what you put on there . very safe , always use myself , accepted by all online except amazon , who are workin with quidity to rectify this . do a search for either quidity cards or 360 money who run it . p.s you can use totally without bank account . i buy regularly on ebay myself with my card and have NEVER given any bank details . yes you can pay by cheque or cash where people let you... nope. fraud protection and other security features require bank account information. you can pay by other means, but you must sign up using a bank account. Go to hell you ******* dork! dont know about now but i used ebay for years without a bank account. i used to pay by postal order or registered delivery cash. some sellers do insist on paypal now thoigh You can BUY without giving your bank account details and sending postal orders, cheques or cash on collection. You have to give account details to SELL so that they know you will pay for the Ebay fees you will incur to list an item. Paypal is the safest and quickest method, so you can pay for goods, receive money for goods and also pay any fees, they do of course charge you for the convenience. Personal experience |
