I'm living in Argentina and want to transfer money from my local bank account here to a different bank back home in Australia. Can Western Union do an electronic transfer? or does someone need to go into the Western Union office in Australia to pick up the cash there?
Most Western Unions can do what's called an MTS or Electronic money Transfer, but a lot of times you are looking at higher service charges for that.
If you have someone in Australia that you trust, I would send them a check with a letter stating that you allow them to deposit to your personal account as you are out of the country. |
