Do i need a credit card or bank account to get money in my paypal accoun?


i registered for a personal paypal account and i didnt use my credit card an d my paypal account is unverified can i still recieve cash on paypal from other people and use that cash to buy stuff on ebay

Even without a credit card and bank account you can still use paypal however there will be a sending and receiving limit, I believe that you can only get 500$ into your account per month until you verify.

Yes, but be weary of PayPal. They tried to screw me over and they've done it to a lot of other people too. I quit using them alltogether. Didn't you hear about all the potential lawsuits against them for fraud?
