opened one up and then the bank closed it, so there is a stop against any accounts opening in that name. Short of asking the people to write me another check, is there a way to endorse the check to me?
I have all the paperwork. I know that if I wanted to endorse it to someone else, I would sign it and then hand it to another person and they would sign it, how do I do that with a check made out to a business?
If you are an officer of the business and have signing authority than you can endorse the check. |
