How much money in your bank account would be sufficient to not have to work ever again ? |
How much money in your bank account would be sufficient to not have to work ever again ? A minimum amount would be $600,000. I am assuming a 7% rate of return on investment, and inflation at about 3%. There's no margin for error here, though -- a debilitating illness or any hospital stay, and I'd be financially toast. couple of million so i could live off the interest and even set my family up for life Money dont mean any thing doent bring happiness!!! 拢1 million will just be fine. A few luxuries and then just live off the interest of it. About 2.5 million. (拢) well, you got to be a billionaire to do that... i would say.. starting from a 2-3 billions of dollars. 拢250,000 - depending how it was being spent.. Sometimes more money equals more problems.. |
