Not sure about other banks but yes you can pay cash in at the post office and it shows straight away in your account,saved me from going overdrawn many a time!!
yes you can pay in at the Post Office.I don't think you pay in at other banks.Alliance and Leicester used to belong to the Post Office when I first started to use it more years ago than I care to remember.
