I got a check from paypal but i no longer have a bank account where can i go to cash it? |
the check is for $500 Cash it at the bank the check was written on. For example, if the check from Paypal through an account they have with Bank of America, just find a branch of BofA and cash it there. You'll have to present 2 forms of ID (a driver's license and major credit card) and they'll cash it for you. Source(s): Done it before. you could just sign it over to someone with a bank account and let them give you the money so it won't cost you anything. You can go anywhere to cash a check (wal-mart) but there will be a fee. See what bank the check it written from and go there if there is a local branch- it may be free that way too. Open a bank account. That's the easiest way to get your money without paying a fee. I'm not sure going without a bank account is the smartest thing to do these days anyway |
