Can a bank freeze my wifes accounts?

I have a debt that I had before me and my wife got married and now they want to freeze my accounts but can they freeze my wifes account even if I dont have my name on her accounts?

Hi,
I used "Credit Solution" to settle my debt. They managed to reduce my debt up to 58%.It's legitimate.I came accross this company on NBC News Special Edition.Check it out here:

If your name and SS are not attached, I doubt it
Marital property is generally jointly owned no matter who's name is on them. If you have let this go until you are in danger of having a judgement executed against you that you have already made a mistake. I would work overtime to try and get a settlement before they take everything.
cant touch it as long it is her name and not yours
I think they might be able to b/c my friend had her income tax return taken from her b/c hr husband owed child support and at the time she filed the income taxes they were seperated but b/c they were still leagally married the govt took the money , but she did get it back about 9 months later.
not everyone can freeze bank accounts, usually IRS or Government Loans only

Get them to validate and get everything in writing
When husband and wife get married, they also marry their entire families and their problems.

If one member of new exptended family has a serious financial problem, there can be an effort to freeze assets of whole family to try to collect on the debt.
