At what times can a person withdraw money from their savings account through an atm machine? There is an option that allows you to do it on the machines but everytime I try it says that the option is not available at the specific time.

You can withdraw money 24/7 IF the amt you're requesting is available in your account. Go in to the bank and ask them in person what is wrong.
