Am in Afghanistan wanting to open bank account in IRAQ online. I am U.S. citizen looking to invest safely?

I opened up a Warka Bank account online from the US. Warka is a bank in Iraq. They allow foreign accounts. They require that you send them a PDF of your ID and a couple of letters requesting the new account.

I, (your name), hereby authorize Al-Warka Investment Bank to draw from my Dollar current account in the above Bank and exchange the Dollar into Iraqi Dinar according to price fixed by the Central Bank of Iraq at that day, and then deposit it in my Iraqi Dinar account at the said bank.
