What bank can I open an account and it does'nt matter if I'm on chexsystem? Check out the site I've listed. They have a big database of banks and credit unions for every state that do not use Chex. Source(s): http://www.chexvictims.com you can try woodforest bank, they offer second chance banking for those who have had some issues in the past, they are located in most wal-mart stores, and are open all year long except x-mas day. i have had nothing but a pleasant experience with them since i converted to them. Try a credit union not a bank. They usually will put you on a probation period for three to six months . |
