What is the best bank to open a student account (post grad) in England?

I just moved over from Ireland.

I don't think you will qualify for the Student accounts packages in the UK, as you are not a UK citizen.

Well i reckon Natwest has probably got the best student accounts. Saying that i am with Barclays, which isn't brilliant but it is suiting me ok.
wait until they start the end of summer offers.
normally things like 50 quid and rail cards a bit of a competition!!

i would go with natwest they are excellent. i have a account with them. and they give you a free railway card
