I don't know any banks. You will not find any stable, FDIC-insured bank in the states giving you that return. I know in some countries such as India they offer 7-8%, but then their laws are different for regulating banks. You need to get into stocks or some other investments. You could also seek out a company that does private investments such as dnainvestments.com Not in the US for a regular savings account. You can probably find that kind of rate in emerging market countries, but you'll lose a ton on the inflation, so it works out to be about the same or worse.
