the company is a LTD company and everything including the account was simply transferred, but the charges are from when i was the director. who should send the letter to the bank? me or the current director? who should sign???
The Ltd company is a seperate legal entity to you so the current signatory whether it be CEO or Secretary needs to write on behalf of the company to reclaim charges. You are not entiltled to anything back now as it belongs to the new shareholders. how can you claim back someone else's (ltd company is seperate legal enterty) bank charges. if you can im going to claim back yours. point made.....
