You don't even need a dual citizenship. American banks will welcome transfers of money from any banks, anywhere.
You can transfer money between any two banks that you have, it's not necessary to have citizenship in either. Both Switzerland and the US allow you to remove money from their country (other countries, such as India, have restrictions on how much money can be removed from the country).
It wouldn't matter if you had dual citizenship.

Citizenship is not important. You can legally transfer all the money you want between banks in Switzerland and the US all day long. However, you might have to report it to the US government if the amount of money you are transferring is large. Your US bank will be able to tell you if reporting is necessary.
The US doesn't allow dual citizenship, so the question is more or less academic.

A US citizen can seek dual citizenship from another country, but it won't be recognized by the US. A naturalized citizen must renounce their citizenship of their native country.
