Who has the best Savings Account interest rate? I'm currently using Bank of America.?

HSBC Direct has a promotional rate of 4.8% until April or May. That's the highest that I know of. Their regular rate is 4.25%, which along with Emigrant Direct is the highest regular rate for accounts of its type.
