What Bank have the highest interest rates on savings account? HSBC Direct. They have a 4.8% rate on their savings account. It is a promotional offer like ING Direct's 4.75% rate, but without the nasty limitations. Also, their base rate (that is, the rate to which both accounts will revert after both promotions end in April) is much higher (4.25% to 3.8%).
