My bank has a credit rating of 2b on my account what does this mean?

I was in my bank and saw my account screen it had an entry of 2b under the credit rating tab what does this mean

Its probably an internal code used to give an indication of your risk assesment and credit potential.

We have something similar where i work.

It gives us an indication of what products you might qualify for and what products might be of interest or help to you.

Its usually determined by your salary into the account. if you go overdrawn, if you have any loans/savings/credit cards with the bank etc. Source(s): 18 yrs working in a high street bank.
well if it means 2 billion then im yer mate
....2b........ too be confirmed with accounts section if requested
It'll be their internal jargon, depending on how they build their profiles.

If I can remember back many years, for us 2b meant "medium potential, moderate risk" i.e middle of the road.
