How do i get a account out of my sons name,in the Bank,and put it back in my name? is he deacesed? if so you need a lawyer and a death certificate. or he needs to sign a form tohave the account put inyour name alone. or you can put you first on the account and him second. Close the account, take out all the money, and reopen an account with the money you took out with the name you want. The bank tellers will try to have you do this automatically but their way is always complicated. Always wanting to use their own little complicated methods for really simple processes.
