| *Loan,banking and credit>>>bank account |
I went to my bank for a print out what was in my account.she told me i cud go online to check this .? |
is this safe to do or is she to lazy to give me the read out? It is totally safe to do this. I do all my banking online... Its very safe, you need to register though. No one could get into my account online,so many passwords it takes me hours lol If your bank is secure then you can get a detailed statement online that probably takes less time. Usually they say if the website is secured. Is it safe? I don't know anyone who has had a problem. It is totally safe. I check my banking account daily online. But your teller was also being lazy! The bank first has to give you a password to your account so you can access it, then from there on you can change the password to something you can easily remember, it is a safe way to manage your account BUT I would complain to your branch that you were not given the information you required when you asked for it....she is paid to help the banks customers NOT be lazy and impolite I print out my online statements all the time. I think it is pretty safe. Just remember to log out when you're finished. You might have to go through the hassle of signing up for an online account and stuff, but with some banks, you can print out copies of checks and pay your bills online too. If you went to the bank and asked for your account information, the teller should print or give you a copy as well. It is part of their job description. I hope that helps. i have been doing e banking for about 6 months now, and wouldn't like to be without it.i'm with abbey and you can see your last 200 transactions pay bills set up direct debits no more need for queing up....but first you have to register and they send you passcodes and registration numbers which you can then change online to something more memorable....the whole process took me 7-10 days....good luck. |
