Is there any on line bank outside of USA that i can open an account without deposit? a simple NO Source(s): GM Why would you want to open a bank account without any money? DUH! IT DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY. YOU HAVE TO MAKE A DEPOSIT TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT. I don't know if there is. I doubt an bank will allow an account to remain open with a zero balance very long. If you are opening the account to accept some form of electronic transfer, it is probably possible. you usually can't open accounts online in another country |
