Does anyone know the best bank to get free checking and savings accounts? Where are you located? lign="right" > Sign in to vote! See if there's a credit union you qualify for. Not only are those things free, but there are many other benefits as well. lign="right" > Sign in to vote! If you are located near a Wachovia, it is your best bet. Their customer service is amazing and the online banking is very easy to use. The only drawback is if you use another banks atm, Wachovia charges you $2.00 on the back end. I hardly ever use ATM's, but if this is something that you use a lot, then I would check another bank like Bank of America. Both banks have free checking. lign="right" > Sign in to vote!
