My bank gave out my balance to my sister when she deposited in my account what should i do? |

If you authorized her to deposit money into your account I think it is reasonable to expect that the bank would give a receipt of the transaction which would include your balance. If you are only making a deposit, and not a withdrawal, sometimes banks will not ask for ID. And I believe most banks provide deposit receipts that might have balances on them after someone makes a deposit into an account. If you gave your sister your bank account# to make the deposit, I'm not sure you can hold the bank responsible if they just gave her a receipt with your balance on it. If it was that confidential, maybe you should have made the deposit yourself. Not have your sister deposit money to your account?
