*Loan,banking and credit>>>bank account

The bank told me I can't take money out because there is court order on my account for some debt that I owe.

I have direct deposit and was curious if the bank would still let money be deposited even though I can't make withdrawls?

oh yes they will. your best bet is to stop the direct deposit. and untill the amount that they holding is paid you can not withdrawal from your account
absolutly. that would help them pay the debt that has been levied against your account
Once the amount that is owing is paid off you will be able to take money out providing it is available.

I would stop direct deposit all together or you will incur more charges to your account
You can make all the deposits you want. But, since your account is frozen, why would you
