I need to go to the Citi bank to get my Certificate of Deposite out, but I don't have account # with me?


Am I able to do it with my social sercurity card and my ID? Because I don't have account number with me. My CD matures on 2/2, and I have to get it before the grace period end. THanks

Yes, just bring several forms of ID (SS card, State issued ID, checkbook if you have your checking account there).

Banks realize that people don't memorize those lengthy account numbers, so they have alternate means to verify who you are.
