You need a bank account to use Paypal, but not ebay. Yes, I do think that you could use a pre-paid Visa. Go to ebay and read their account information. They tell you everything that you could ever want to know. It's really fun to sell stuff.

sure you can, i think as long as you have a summary of your pre paid account on hand &/or saved for records it will be fine to purchase on line anywhere with a pre paid credit account. i have one with no bank account & i can purchase multiple things on line...so enjoy & shop away!!!!
