Can i pay a cheque into my Natwest account via a Barclays bank branch?


I need to pay in a cheque today but i can't get to any natwest branches, the nearest bank on foot is barclays or the post office but i'm not sure i can do this? any help please!!!

I don't think you can at Barclays but Nat West may have an agreement with the Post Office. Check the Post Office online it gives a list of which banks have an agreement with them.
Don't think you can as they are not connected - why not ring them to find out ?
i think you can do it, but Barclays might charge you as you are not their customer. you could ask someone who is a Barclays customer to do it for you?
Both will charge you for clearing the cheque. Your better off going to the bank who you have the account with.

Yes you can, you can pay monies into any bank account via any bank branch. They may charge you, though.
