Can I sue a bank for bullying me into opening an account in which I do not want?

I want to sue a bank for bullying me into opening an account in which I do not want. They charge me $5.00 to cash a payroll check each week. The thing is its the bank that my boss has business with. My payroll check is drawn off of his business account at this bank. I am a single mother of two children and $5.00 is a lot and adds up quick. Any advice?

Stop being a idiot and close account and set one up that suits you look online. Your a embarresment to you children learn to take responsability for your own actions your leadership is whats influencing your children
No. Why don't you just close your account and go to a good local bank that cares about it's customers.
No you can not sue. No one can MAKE you do anything. You accepted the offer to open an account.
No but you could if they did it without your knowledge.
Sue them because you opened an account? Did they use a gun?

Close it.
If you are an adult and signed up for the account, then it's your responsibility. If they did not state the fees beforehand that is another story. I agree that you should just close the account.
Just close the account (you have no real cause of action to sue)...if the check is drawn from that same bank where you're cashing it, they shouldn't be charging you one cent!
