I have an open account bank account that is negative 135.00...?

it was not me who over drawn the account, so what do i need to do,also it was in louisiana,but i am living in arkansas now and i would like to open up a new account so what do i need to do???

the bank probably had a minimum balance rule, meaning they deducted maybe 5 bucks a month because you didnt have their minium balance. Once your account reached negative, they probably hit you with more serious fees for being over-drawn (even though it was THEY who caused you to be over-drawn). This negative balance will probably mushroom bigger and bigger until you fix it.
It's B.S. how they do this, but I would call them asap and fix it.

call the bank and ask them.
Bring the account to zero and close the account. If the person made the account to a negative balance, a meanie. Then sue in small claims court.
