Is there a bank in Texas that doesn't run a credit check?
Depends what you are trying to ask of the bank. If you want to open a savings account, I think there are many that do not require a credit check. If you want a loan, then I am sure they all will require a credit check.
A lot of banks do not do a credit check, almost every single one however does a chexsystems check. If you owe any banks or retailers money most banks wil not open an account for you. If you just have bad credit then go with First National they will give you an account. First Texas Bank, then you have Texas Partners, and many others.
