How a stolen check in the Philippine Post Office withdraw in the Bank of Guam? |
Bank fraud and corruption in the Philippines? We have stolen check sent to us from Florida, USA last November 2005 and was sent in our Philippine Post Office. Upon investigation made by us, the stolen check had been deposited into the account of Rustan Foreign Exchange with the Bank of Guam by a certain Rev. Jave Jimenez with account number 0120-001517. The number of Christians in the Philippines has been increasing but graft and corruption has increased even more. Philippines is the 2nd most corrupt nation in Asia. And we are the only Christian (Catholic) nation in Asia. We don't deserve to be called Christian nation. We dishonor God's name. Corruption must stop! This anomaly is rooted in the Philippines, please help us, up root this corruption. Sorry to hear about your stolen check! Next time don't send any check or money through postal mail. Send it through bank to bank, western union or money order! Postal services in Philippines can not be trusted in terms of sending money/check! And corruption in Philippines is getting worst and theres nothing we can do with it that's why just be careful in every move & thing you will gonna do so that you wont be victimize by the crook. |
