Is there a way I can check if a personal check has cleared on a internet banking website?

If it helps my account is at Partners trust bank.

Only if you were already enrolled in online banking otherwise you'll have to sign up and wait 24-48hrs before seeing anything about your acct. Depending on your bank (i have BofA) you may be able to see the checks you write as they go through and who has cashed them and what day this all occurred.
You can, just log in , and there is a option for all the money that has been taken out, and enter, it lets you know if its cleared.

If your banking site has the option to show you a statement that is up to date (which it probably does). It'll show up on there when it has cleared. But keep in mind that this usually takes a couple of buisiness days (not counting weekends).
I don't see why not. If fact, it ought to be easier than dealing with a "normal" bank as many of them are still not really user friendly online.
if someone else wrote it and you deposited it in your account you would have to wait for a certain amount ot time to really know
You would go to the Partners Trust website. After you log in, you can go to the transactions section and search by check number, date, or other variables. Most sites let you download the check image to keep for your records.
You should be able to go into your account and check on your statement to see if the check has cleared. If it has you can click on the check number and get the dates and all. But you have to have access thru your bank...just in case you don't.
