Can bank take back money paid and cleared in account. A deposited personal check that now has been withdrawn?

A check made out to me for service rendered I deposited in my bank. check is from other local bank. Check has cleared. I withdrew the exact amount of check. can party who wrote the check, either, request return of amount, stop payment, or have my bank possibly put me in the negative for amount of check

As long as the check was legitimate and not fraudulently endorsed, you should be OK. Stop Payments will prevent the check from clearing, but you've noted that the check already cleared.

Why are you worried?
If you cashed the check for the exact amount at your own local bank and before your bank did it's wire transaction with the other bank which it was drawn on and the authorizing check writer put a stop on check you will be charged for that amount.

They can not redeem the money without taking you to court if they didn't stop payment in time.
You mentioned the check already cleared?
If your certain your bank cleared it, you have a leg to stand on. Although, the burden of proof is on you.
If the other party put a stop payment on it in time, there is nothing you can do.
