yes, very easy you can get to a finance company, they charge high interest rates, but will give a loan to about anybody, my brother has no bank account and a 400 credit score and they gave him $1,000. I do believe you have to have a job though.

You could probably get a loan, if you have them in your state, at a "payday loans" place; they usually start you out with $100, you must prove identity, paychecks, address, etc. Beware, though, I got stuck up in that and I'm paying loan fees ALONE--FEES ALONE--of over $100 a month on two loans. Be sure you can pay it back. Another option is the pawn shop, do you have anything of value suck as a musical instrument, TV, DVD player, jewelry, etc. that you can get a short term loan from? You likely cannot get a payday loan online without a bank account, although you might try to get a credit card. JUST ONE though!! Be careful there too!
What do you need the loan for first of all?

If you have a job?, you can get a "Paycheck Advancement" at a Checks Cashed type of place and you pay it back to them on your next paycheck.
try citi financial..... or a loan place like that....but the only down is that ur charged a crazy high interest, something like 26%
What about your income tax check?
If you work then you should have SOME money coming back to you.
Even if you didnot pay that much in, you should still talk with them as there are EIC credits that you might qualify for.

can you talk to one of your parents?
The bank of mom and dad is an excellent place to borrow money.
the terms are great and they are usually quite forgiving with late payments.
