How serious is it if u fail to pay 3 months loan installments u took from a bank in india? |
i jus want to know how bad things will turn out to b if a person fails to pay 3 mnths loan installments taken from an indian bank.. how will the bank react to this n what r the legal procedures they might take against the person.. please lemme know the best thing to do is to talk to the bank, try to work out an agreement with the bank, Try to pay part of the money that you can. If you can try to talk to a lawer, Have you given the bank your correct home address? Look out for the bank officials accompanied by the local police...no kidding. Look out for a tow truck to reposess your vehicle if that is what the loan is for . . . |
