I know this may sound stupid but a prof. said a bank in Chicago offers lower rate loans to foreigners? T/F? Do you mean to non-citizens living in the U.S., or to people in other countries? it may be a bank that is actually owned by someone from another country, so thats possible. like UBS, united bank of scotland Which bank ??? Don't u think a bit troblesome, need to fly over to Chicago to apply the loan then remit the funds back to S'pore. Not to say how to go about repaying the loan ...... |
