Which bank in india provides the best rates on a students loan for studying abroad? India is a BIG place! I traveled from Nainatal, Talayal, in the Himalayas, to the southern most tip and in between and across. I would not be surprised if you found quite a difference in rates in different geographical areas, from the same company. Generally, one could always rely on American Express for truth, no funny business, and availability. You will always have someone (family) to represent you in the States, or wherever 'abroad' is... if you have trouble convincing someone there is a problem. The lowest rate in the world is not worth the stress of having to watch every word that is spoken, or written to you, especially while studying. Probably best to set it up where ever you are most reputable place have instan updates and rate guarantee's , for officess ALL over the world, speak your own language, and deal with someone who may have your same customs.
