I want to take home loan 4lakh for 20years term with fixed EMI. Which bank/company is best with low intrests? |
I want to avail home loan of Rs. 4 lakhs. I want to know which Bank or organisation/company is best regard to lower intrest rates, processing fees and service. I want to keep the term as 20 years with fixed EMI. The Lowest Interest Rate is offered by Central Bank of India at 9% where the EMI would be 900 Rs/-. While HUDCO NIWAS and BANK OF BARODA stand at 9.5% with an EMI of 933 Rs/- while Canara bank offers at 9.75% at 949 Rs/-as EMI. Hope this information is useful. The private non-nationalised banks would definitely score better in terms of processing the application but the "fine print" is beyond the understanding of the layman. If you don't mind leg-work then go for the nationalised banks. The interest rates are more or less the same. |
