Do you have a sensible solution for getting a house loan on a 1920 home that the banks refuse? |
I am already buying the home through a private individual carrying the contract. The home was refused a regular loan because of its condition and age. I owe 55,000 and the house is worth 250,000 because of land. Otherwise, try fixing it up and then refinance with a conventional lender. |
