There is some sort of scam going on with their bill payee e-mails. There is a Spanish voice answering their telephone number on the e mails & then an eglish voice directly asks for a social security number. I hung up. I have the their phone banking number but not their E-mail, anyone have it? They don't give you an email address. You have to go to their website and go to "contact us". There's a place you enter your question and hit submit. I wouldn't send them anything that didn't go through their secure website. bankofamerica.com net address: www.bankamerica.com email address:banknote@bankamerica.c... first answer is correct you use their site for inquires to help preven fraud. But I just do everything online its pretty easy to set up and free to use for BA customers. |
